 Parıltı Evler. Foundation of our villas have been finished on 2200m2 land at 2006. At the foundations we have made drainage protection for dampness and underwaters , the foundation is surrounded with meterail named betopan over bricks and over gravel to hold the underwater and dampness. We have used insulated bricks at the walls to hold summer hot and winter cold from inside. At the inside to the ground we use ceramic so easy to clean. At the front of the builds we used fire brick coating, at the windows pen joiner, inside doors are american panel, outside doors are wooden coated steel door. At the roof we use american roof coating and at the foor cealing we use woods called lambri. There are 6 villas at the site and every villa has 100m2 width its own swiming pools. Every villa is triblex and 270 m2. İt has 12m2 4 bedrooms , at every floor there is W.C and bathroom. |
