 Mehtap Sitesi. The villa we have made is build on 440m2 land and its foundation is finished at 5 september 2005. As at all our builds the concrete , work is made by same system . All control and tests are made. The villa has 4 floors and have a large garden , swiming pool and depot . At the basement these is 45m2 livingroom, 12m2 room and a bathroom with W.C included in it. At the second floor there is 60m2 american kithcen and livingroom and W.C . At te third floor there is 15m2 3 rooms and 10m2 a bathroom. The fourth floor is roof floor and has a 12m2 room , 25 m2 livingroom and a small kithen , 7m2 bathroom . The Windows are pen, the door meterails are made first class lumber , at the outside coating we used glass coated BTB.
